EDU OFFSHORE WIND 2024 Fair is the only event in Europe that brings the growing green energy job market in Poland closer to students and young people. Therefore the Municipality of Przywidz, where 3 cases of Polish demonstrator in SERENE project are located, together with STAY-ON and the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery Polish Academy of Sciences, decided together to take this splendid opportunity to communicate SERENE, and the energy transition that already taking place in Przywidz, towards young generation (Fig. 1).
Polish Partners of SERENE have organized a stand together to directly approach young students, who will soon become job seekers, and to discuss changes required by the green transformation in the light of new business models to be developed in the project, which will result in the creation of the new markets and new jobs (Fig. 2 ab).
This years 2nd editon of Edu Offshore Wind event attracted more than 100 exhibitors from the innovative green energy industry and more than 8,000 young people visiting the fair (Fig. 3)
